aim to incorporate the voices of African youths, as they hold the key in making
a difference. Africa's current generations are ambitious, not only in Africa
but also in other continents. We recognize that historically and culturally
there has always been a single perspective of Africans generally, even within
the African communities, famous Nigerian writer Chimamanda Adichie tastefully
pointed out during her Ted talk that ‘the single story creates stereotypes. And
the problem with stereotypes is not that they are untrue, but that they are
incomplete. They make one story become the only story'
