Labour Leader Ed Miliband has promised to rectify the
challenge of accident & emergency that has seen New Cross
Hospital fined £180,000 for failing to see patients on time.
The Labour leader criticised A&E waiting times as he
arrived in the West Midlands to take questions from a 200-strong audience of
members of the public as part of the General Election campaign.
