If you have got it flaunt appears to be the dress code at
the biggest pre-party of the awards season.
Music's top names normally put on quite a show on stage at
the annual Clive Davis pre-Grammys gala on Saturday night, but this year the
show started early on the event's star-studded red carpet.
As soon as the who's who of the music industry started
arriving at the Beverly Hilton, it was immediately clear that it did not matter
what you wear as long as your legs took centre stage.
Singers Taylor Swift, Rita Ora and Ciara set the pin parade
off to fine start, with each lady choosing a different way to show case their
steams at the event this year honoring Sony CEO Martin Bandier.
Certainly setting the standard high was Rita, who managed to
make a long sleeve white dress anything but sedate and modest.
The 24-year-old songstress' gown appeared to take
inspiration from Liz Hurley's famed safety pin Versace gown.
