Savage-Balogun is a year older today, February 5, 2015. Better known as Tiwa
Savage, the leading female act in Nigeria, was born in Lagos, Nigeria on
February 5, 1980 before she relocated to the United Kingdom at the age of 11.
Today, at 35, Tiwa is at a place where most young women only dream of, with a
music flourishing career, endorsement deals and recognisable brand. Even more
important, perhaps, is the fact that she’s married and pregnant with her first child.
Already, the birthday wishes for Tiwa are pouring in for the Mavin Records’
