Adamawa govt. sacks chairman, Board of Internal Revenue

The Executive Chairman of Board of Internal Revenue in Adamawa State Alhaji Idris Tuta, has been sacked.


The state Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mallam Ahmad Sajoh,
announcing his sack said the decision was taken after adopting a White Paper on repositioning the  board.

Sajoh said that other measures to be taken included the review of the state revenue laws.

Also speaking, the state Attorney General and  Commissioner of Justice, Silas Sanga who is the chairman of the Committee on Revenue said that other revenue generating agencies would be repositioned
