The model, 33, released the images on Wednesday after reality star Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace criticised her for discussing ex-husband Jamie O'Hara during an appearance on This Morning.
Danielle was quick to point out that Jamie had not been abusive in their marriage, but that she had been attacked by an ex-partner.
Danielle - who has previously opened up about being the victim of domestic abuse - shared the image after Aisleyne tweeted: 'Girl get in the real world!!! There are real problems with real abusive ex partners. This self absorbed BS is boring @thismorning'
The mother-of-three fired back with the harrowing image and wrote: 'You know what? @aisleyne1 is right there are some real abusive exes out there! This wasn't Jamie But don't tell me I don't know about abuse.'
The former Miss England previously revealed she was in a two-year abusive relationship in her teenage years, which resulted in her spending a week in hospital after one of his attacks.
Danielle has never revealed the identity of her abusive former partner.
In 2009 she opened up about her distressing relationship for Dangerous Love: A Comic Relief Special.
The glamour model admitted she thought her abusive ex was a 'lovely, generous' person when they first met, but she soon fell victim to his controlling behaviour.
She said: 'He’d call me a sl*g. Soon he started hitting me. Every time, he’d cry and say it wouldn’t happen again. Towards the end he was hitting me near enough every day.'
Following her final attack, Danielle lost consciousness and woke up surrounded by blood.
She recalled: 'I’d been out cold for three or four minutes... there was blood all over me, all over the bed, all over the walls.'
Danielle brought the incident up again after she received a backlash for appearing on This Morning on Thursday.
During the emotional interview, Danielle claimed she had to 'defend herself' after ex-husband Jamie entered the Celebrity Big Brother house and began to discuss their relationship.
The beauty queen claimed their three children, Archie, six, Harry, five, and George, two, have now begun to get picked on at school and said she had received threats as a result of Jamie's comments.
Danielle, who divorced Jamie in 2014 amid cheating allegations, explained: 'He’s in there not understanding what he’s saying and the impact its having on me and the children’s lives
After entering CBB, Jamie revealed to Danielle's long-time rival Nicola that she had warned him not to discuss her - a rule he soon flouted.
Lamenting their fraught financial situation, he explained to his housemates: 'When I was with her, I was earning really good money and she kind of expected that to continue. I’m not on that money no more!'
He added: 'I'd give my kids my last penny, and it hurts me, because I'm like, 'f*****g hell, I'm paying out.
I'm trying to be a little bit appreciated. I am paying out a fortune, you do understand that. I am paying out a lot of money still. It's so f****ng draining, just a constant battle.'
Jamie also claimed housemate Jasmine Waltz's wild antics reminded him of his ex-wife.
He admitted: 'I've got a thing for girls like that. She reminds me a lot of Danielle. Not in terms of looks, but the way she acts. On a night out she's absolutely crackers.'
