She's
enjoying a well-deserved break after spending months fine tuning her eighth
studio album, Ant, which fans are hoping will drop any day now.
And Rihanna
was spotted kicking back and relaxing on the beach in her native Barbados on
Boxing Day, sporting a skimpy denim dress as she made her way down to the
water's edge.
The
27-year-old pop princess was getting into the festive spirit, smiling to
herself as she strolled along, drink in hand.
Aspen or
Barbados? Snow or sun? Elle Macpherson, Mariah Carey, Dakota Johnson, Kate
Hudson and the Hadids or Simon Cowell, Sir Phillip Green, the Water-house sisters and the one and only Rihanna. Hmm, decisions, decisions...
We love to
see how the other half spend Christmas, and in Barbados it's more about bikinis
than festive knitwear. Check out Rihanna's little beach cover-up, which she
teamed with some Finlay & Co. sunglasses and a pair of suede creepers from
her Puma collection.
Her little
denim dress is by Marques' Almeida and we love the halterneck style and
asymmetric skirt. Famous fans of the brand's signature deconstructed style (of
which this raw hem design is a perfect example!) include Kylie Jenner, Cheryl
Fernandez-Versini and Rita Ora. So what are you waiting for? Get involved and

Rihanna wore
her dark locks down in natural curls and shielded her eyes behind a pair of
tortoiseshell glasses.
Her latest
sighting comes just days after she shared a new online teaser promo for her
eagerly anticipated new album, Anti, this week - which sees her naked in a bath
tub.
She uploaded
the video onto her Instagram page on Friday, which quickly garnered millions of
responses for its sexy-yet-artistic content.
The teaser
is one of many of videos which has been whetting appetites for Rihanna's
eagerly-anticipated eighth album.
The ads are
part of a £25 million deal with Samsung and tech company Punch-drunk.
Earlier this
month musician Sia revealed that she's contributed tracks to the project,
claiming it was still unfinished.
The other
night she came over and listened to half of 25 songs I played her because she’s
still looking for songs for her new album,' she told Entertainment Weekly.
She was
there to listen to songs and see if there was anything that she was into. It was
a business meeting for sure. She took four but I don’t know if they’ll end up
[on the album].
