Adele surprised two fans by inviting them on stage to
perform during her tour.
The singer, 27, welcomed Ronan Scolard and Glenn Murphy to
the stage in Dublin after their YouTube medley left her in tears.
On finding out that the Irish duo was in the audience she
stopped her concert midway through and plucked them out of the crowd.
Are you up there? Come down here,” she said. “The show ain’t
carrying on till you’re down here
On welcoming the duo on stage she joked: “You can’t put [a
video] online and me being in Dublin not think I’m going to tell you to come
up.”
Despite the nerves, Scolard and Murphy sang a medley of
Adele's biggest hits including Someone Like You, Turning Tables, All I Ask,
Hello and When We Were Young as Adele sang in the background.
The duo said they were “honoured” to have been invited to
perform before rushing backstage to get a bottle of water.
Adele’s surprise comes days after she visited a seriously
ill fan at her home in Belfast.
She responded to the calls of Tracy Gibney who launched a
Facebook page to get the singer to meet her daughter, Rebecca.
The multi-award winning singer has also welcomed a couple
onto the stage to get engaged and secretly signed copies of her programmes for
fans since kicking off her tour last month.
